The New Sacred

This is how my designer mind teams with my artist soul to create an art installation.

The project, New Sacred, was made for the entrance hall of an architecture studio in Como, Italy, housed in a deconsecrated church. That setting sparked the concept. Here’s how it evolved.

A FINAL NOTE

The project never reached its final destination. The client loved the work, but the purchase never happened.

Looking back, I realized that the “sacred” part was never the final piece; it was the process of creating it. The exploration, the discoveries, and everything learned along the way.

And yes, I also learned that asking for a deposit upfront is probably a good idea.

I hope you enjoyed the journey.
